In a large nonstick pan/pot on a medium heat add the olive oil then onion and ginger garlic paste and stir to blanch add in it tomatoes,chillies and 1 knorr cube and stir.in another bowl cracked in the eggs add the corn and the other seasoning mix and pour into the stir fry pan and cover it reduce the heat to low and continue to turn gently after every minute till well fry and scramble.
