  1. On a low to medium heat place a medium non stick saucepan. It's important that it is non stick so that the eggs don't catch. Place in the butter and allow to melt.
  2. In a small bowl quickly beat the eggs add the tumeric and season with pepper, beat until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs to the saucepan and allow to sit for around 15-20 seconds and then using the rubber spatula give it a good mix. Now, to achieve the perfect soft scrambled eggs it's important to keep stirring it as it slowly cooks, just allowing it to rest every few seconds.
