Instructions to make Scrambled sandwich:
  1. First, cut up the green peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes and onions into small cubes and put them in a frying pan with salted butter on mild heat. While the veggies are cooking, cut and drain the tofu. The tofu should be cut into cubes and then mashed lightly with a fork.   7. Take the bread, put the tofu and egg scramble on top on it on one side and then put the bacon of top of the eggs and tofu and put some BBQ sauce or Smoked Chipotle Yeshi sauce and place the other bread on top to finish it all off.
