- Use 500 Grams Chicken Mince
- Get 1/2 Cup Chana dal (chickpea)
- Take 1 Ginger - Medium Size
- Get 6 Garlic
- Take 5 Green Chillies
- Prepare 1 Onion - Medium Size
- Use 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds
- Use 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Take To taste salt
- Get 1/2 cup Fresh mint & coriander
- You need 1/4th teaspoon Black pepper
- Take 2-3 Egg
- Get 1/2 cup oil
Instructions to make Shami Kebabs by my Mom:
- Boil all the mentioned ingredients in one cup water
- Let the ingredients soak the water completely and base become dry, grind it in the mixture grinder
- Now add roasted cumin seeds & coriander seeds, coriander & mint - half cup, salt & garam masala powder, black pepper
- Mix all of them well, make a small kebabs tikya in a proper round shape with the help of your hands and dip it in the egg. Shallow fry on the tawa with half cup oil
- Serve the ready Shami Kebabs with green chutney, onion & cucumber salad
