The ingredients needed to make Aampapad:
- Use 500 gm mango
- Take 150 gm sugar
- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- You need Pinch salt
- Use Pinch pepper
Instructions to make Aampapad:
- Take 500 gms of Mango and chopped it. Then make fine puree of it. Then add all the puree in a Kadai.
- Then add 150 gms of sugar, 1 tspoon lemon juice, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper. Mix it well.
- Cook this on slow to medium flame for 15-20 mins. And mango puree become shiney.
- Then grease a plate with ghee or butter and add all mango puree in it. Spread it all in plate like thin layer.
- Then sprinkle little bit of black salt or chat masala. It's totally optional.
- Then dry it under sun light or fan. For 1-2 days. After that cut it with square pieces or rolling it. So, here is our "Aampapad" is ready.🤗
