We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to chocolate crepe cake recipe. To make chocolate crepe cake you only need 9 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you do that.

The ingredients needed to prepare Chocolate Crepe Cake:
  1. Take 1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour or Maida
  2. Get 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
  3. Provide 7 tbsp Sugar
  4. You need 6 Eggs
  5. Use 1/4 cup melted Butter
  6. Use 3 cups Milk
  7. Take 3 cups Whipped Cream
  8. Provide 1 tbsp Cocoa powder for final garnish
  9. Provide 1/4 cup grated Chocolate
Steps to make Chocolate Crepe Cake:
  1. Heat both Butter and Milk in a pan. Keep them aside. Now comes the final part of mixing everything up.
  2. Add Flour, Cocoa powder, Eggs, Sugar and Vanilla essence to a mixing bowl. Beat well using an Electric hand held beater. Now to this, add in both Milk and melted Butter in parts and make a smooth and a fluffy batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on a low heat. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter. Swirl the pan making the batter to spread across it evenly. Cover and cook for a minute or two before taking it off the pan. Follow the same for all the Crepes in this way.
  4. For the Whipped Cream, you can either use readymade cans or make at home using store bought heavy cream. I have used GoldenMark Whipping Cream. And also, you can follow my Basic Whipped Cream recipe here on my profile.
  5. Spread Whipped Cream on each of the Chocolate Crepes making a huge layer or pile of Crepes. Smoothen out the edges and cover with the Whipped Cream even on top. Chill this in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes with a cover on to prevent it from drying up or better still in a Cake box. This is basically done to just allow it to set.
  6. Remove it from the refrigerator after 5 minutes. Sprinkle some Cocoa powder on top. Also grate some Chocolate on top. Now slice this and enjoy it's lipsmacking taste and texture with your loved ones.
  7. Enjoy this melt in mouth super fluffy Chocolate Crepe Cake.

Repeat until all the crepes and cream are used up. Our crepe recipe has sugar and a little vanilla to make the batter more sweet than savory, which is perfect when you are making a cake. Trim the crepes using a glass or a bowl into circles. Add the cream and sugar to mixing bow and beat until stiff peaks. Spread onto each layer of the crepes.
