- Keep galgal pieces in sunlight to dry for 4/5 hrs,(it is optional)or 1 day before from preparing it.
- Heat the oil in a pan properly. Then put methi seeds, zeera, turmeric powder.Put immidiatly gargal in it. Get the flame on medium.
- Add red chilli powder, 2tsp common salt, 1 tsp black salt and 2tsp sugar. Mix slightly. Cook it for 4/5 minutes.
- Add green chillies and ginger too. Stir it. Cook for 15 min or less.
- Off the flame and keep for sometime uncovers. It is ready to eat.
- Get it cool. For further use keep it in the air tight container.
