- Use 6 Lemon
- Use 150 g Green Chilli
- Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare to taste or 2 tsp Salt

- Use 2 tbspn Mustard oil
- Provide 1 tsp. Saunf

- Cut lemons onto small pieces and keep aside. Cut green chillies into one inch pieces.
- Put Lemon and Chillies in a bowl and mix and keep aside.
- Now roast saunf, fenugreek seeds, salt, mustard seed only for two minutes. Doing this we r removing their moisture Bt not cooking them.
