- Provide 8 bread slices
- Provide 100 gms paneer
- Provide 3 tomatoes

- Blend tomato, chillies and garlic together coarsely
- Heat 1tsp ghee in a pan and sautee this blended mixture by adding reqd salt for two mins. Add paneer in this, and sautee for another three mins…
- Add 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs,peri-peri,Chinese seasoning and pepper powder each and mix well. Keep it aside
- Take a bread slice, apply 1/2tsp ghee both sides.

- Put a lid and let the bread roast for three minutes both sides, on a low flame
