- Get 8 chicken thighs bone in and skin on
- Prepare 1 red pepper diced
- Provide 1 orange pepper diced
- Provide 1 yellow pepper diced
- Take 1 small package baby Bella mushrooms sliced
- Prepare 1 small yellow onion diced
- Provide 1 (16 ounce) can cento crushed tomatoes
- You need 1 Tbls olive oil
- You need 2 dry bay leaves
- Get 2 minced cloves of garlic
- Provide Mrs. Dash Italian blend seasoning to taste
- Take to taste Salt and pepper

- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in deep sauté pan and place chicken thighs in and brown on both sides. Remove from pan to plate after browning.
