- Take 1 cup Maida / refine flour
- Use 1 tsp Baking powder
- Use 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- You need 3 tbsp Youghrt
- Use 1/2 cup Powder Sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp Butter
- Use 3-4 tbsp Warm milk
- Get 1/2 cup Dark chocolate melted
- Get as needed Sugar coated fennel seeds/balls/varmicill i to sprinkle

- Firstly Take a bowl,add maida,baking powder,baking soda,sugar butter, yogurt and combine all. Now add warm milk gradually and knead a smooth dough, cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour knead the dough again, roll the dough like a roti and cut round shape with cookie cutter or donut cutter. Then make a small hole in the centre of it with the help of small cookie cutter or any small bottle lid. Again cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Heat kadai with enough oil for deep frying. Add the donuts in the hot oil carefully, fry it until it turns light brown on low - medium flame.
- Take out and place it on a paper towel. - Sprinkle powdered sugar, chocolate sauce or any topping of your choice.
- Take melted dark chocolate in a bowl, dip the fried doughnuts in it till well coated and then sprinkle colordsugar balls over them. - - Now Transfer the doughnuts on a serving plate and serve.
In a mixing bowl mix yogurt and sugar until smooth and mixed well. Pour the thick chocolate sauce or chopped chocolate as seen in the picture.
