- Provide 5 large eggs
- You need 9 tbsp olive oil
- Use 8 cans chunk light tuna
- Get 6 tbsp liquid egg whites

- Get 6 lbs russet potatoes

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Fill large sauce pot half way with cold water, add salt and a touch of vinegar. Bring to a boil.
- Wash, dry, and cube potatoes. Add to boiling water and let parboil for 5 minutes.
