- In another pan add oil heat it and add garlic and chilli flakes saute for few seconds.add the spring onion and saute for one minute,add tomatoes and cooked untill it becomes soft and mushy.add tomato ketchup,rajma, chilli powder salt and 1tblsp water,mix well and cook for 2 minutes. stirring occasionally.keep aside.
- Now take a bowl add all the salsa ingredients and mix well.keep aside
- Finally take a big serving bowl.place a portion of the rice and press lightly with spoon.top it with a portion of refried beans and again press lightly.put a portion of sour cream and spread evenly.now put the uncooked salsa on the top and spread evenly.
