  1. First, we will make the base and top with sevaiyaan.
  2. If you have kunafa dough you can use it otherwise seviyan is the best option as the kunafa dough is not available everywhere.
  3. Take seviya and crush it with hands then add butter and orange color and mix well.
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Now we will make sugar syrup take water and add sugar.
  6. Give it a boil add kewra water to it.
  7. Lastly add lemon juice so that it does not crustalize.
  8. Now prepare cream cheese filling which is most important
  9. Mix milk cornflor and sugar keep it on medium flame and mix continously
  10. Avoid lumps
  11. After 5 mins add cream cheese or cream+cheese and mix untill cheese melts lastly add vanilla essence

  14. Make 2 portions of seviyan. Add one portion to greased vessel and flatten it

  19. Preheat the oven and put this kunafa to bake at 180degree for 20 to 25 mins
