- Parboil rice and set aside. - - Add 2-3 tbsp oil in a pot, add some chopped garlic and spring onions. Once you start perceiving the aromatic flavours and a little golden, remove from the oil and add the grinded pepper.
- Cook the pepper until the oil starts appearing, add the minced meat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
