The ingredients needed to make Carrot pola:
- You need 1 . Carrot - 4
- Get 2 . Egg - 5
- Take 3 . Milk powder - 4 tbspn
- Take 4 . Sugar - 6 tbspn or as per your taste

- Use 6 . All purpose flour / Maida - 1 tspn

Instructions to make Carrot pola:
- Peel and cut the carrots and cook it by adding water. Cook till it done.
- Drain the excess water and move the cooked carrots to a blender.
- To this add egg, milk powder, sugar, vanilla essence and all purpose flour. Blend well.
- Heat a non stick deep pan over very low flame, add ghee to it and spread all over.
- Pour the blended mixture to this and garnish with roasted badams.
- Cover and cook till done for about 30 - 40 minutes and let it cool to room temperature.
