Instructions to make KaiPola:
  1. Peel out outer skin of banana and cut into small squire pieces​
  2. In a pan heat ghee and fry the banana till it get golden brown colour
  3. Drain out the excess oil and let it cool
  4. In same pan fry cashew nuts and raisins separately. Keep it aside
  5. In a bowl add 4 eggs, sugar and cardamom powder and wisk well
  6. Add fried banana into this egg mixture. Mix well
  7. Heat 1 tsp of ghee in pressure cooker at low flame (Or any deep bottom nonstick pan with lid)
  8. Pour egg banana mixture into it
  9. Then add fried cashew nuts and raisins into it
  10. Close the lid without pressure cooker weight (or close the lid of pan)
  11. Cook in low flame until steam comes out through the nozzle (or cook for 15 -20 minute)
  12. Insert a tooth pick at the center and ensure it comes out clean
  13. Once it cooled take out from cooker or pan and serve
