Steps to make Hakka Noodles and Grilled Chicken Sizzler:
  1. Prepare Noodles - -Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. - Add ½ tablespoon chopped ginger and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic,2, tablespoons of Julienned carrots,2 tablespoons of capsicum, 2 tablespoons of cabbage - Mix and sauté for 30 seconds. - Add noodles and toss to mix. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns,a pinch of sugar and some of the spring onion greens and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well..

Prepare Grilled Chicken: - -In bowl,add sugar,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh or dried parsley, soy sauce,vinegar and mix well. - -Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 1 hour. - -In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken fillets,grill on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 7-10 minutes each side).

Prepare Sizzling Sauce: - -In sauce pan,add butter and let it melt. - -Add onion,garlic and mix well. - -Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute. - -Add soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,chili garlic sauce and mix well. - -Add chicken stock,whisk until well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens & set aside.
  4. Prepare Vegetables: - -In wok,add cooking oil,green onion leaves and mix well. - -Add fresh parsley and mix. - -Add the remaining carrots,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,red bell pepper,salt,red chili crushed,mix well and stir fry for 1 minute & set aside.
  5. Assembling: - -Heat sizzler pan,add butter,Noodles,stir fried vegetables,chicken fillet,prepared sizzling sauce & serve!
