  2. Use 1/2 Cup Chana dal (chickpea)
  3. Get 1 Ginger - Medium Size

  7. Use 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds

  1. Boil all the mentioned ingredients in one cup water
  2. Let the ingredients soak the water completely and base become dry, grind it in the mixture grinder
  3. Now add roasted cumin seeds & coriander seeds, coriander & mint - half cup, salt & garam masala powder, black pepper
  4. Mix all of them well, make a small kebabs tikya in a proper round shape with the help of your hands and dip it in the egg. Shallow fry on the tawa with half cup oil
