- Prepare 1.5 cups chicken boneless
- Prepare 1/2 cup lobia beans
- Take 1/4 cup split gram (chana dal)
- Provide 4 dried red chillies
- Provide 2 "cinnamon stick
- You need 2 bay leaves
- Take Powdered spices:
- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- You need 1 tsp garam masala powder
- You need 1 tsp cumin powder
- Use 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
- Use 1 chopped green chilli
- You need 1 tbsp ginger paste
- Use to taste Salt
- Get Oil for shallow frying
Steps to make Chicken-Lobia Kabab:
- Soak chanadal and lobia for 2 hours.
- Take chicken pieces in a pressure cooker,add dal and lobia.Add red chillies,cinnamon stick and bay leaves.Add 1 cup water and pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle.After 1 whistle simmer the flame and cook for 3-4minutes.
- Let pressure release itself,open the lid.If any water remain,dry it.Discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
- Take out in a blending jar,add powdered masala and salt,grind to a smooth consistency.
- Take out in a bowl,add chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilli.
- Mix and make kababs.
- Shallow fry on a tawa/frying pan on low-medium flame till golden.
- Serve hot with salad.
