  1. Use 500 gm broken wheat
  2. You need 50 gm chana dal
  3. Use 50 gm yellow moong dal
  4. Prepare 50 gm masoor dal

  8. Get 1/2 kg curd
  9. Take 1 bunch mint leaves

  13. Take 1 tsp turmeric Powder
  14. You need 2 tbs coriander Powder

  18. Prepare 3-4 onion
  19. Get 2 lemon juices

Steps to make Murgh Haleem:
  1. Soak broken wheat and all the pulses atleast 3-4 hours.Soak broken wheat separately.
  2. Fry onion in oil till golden brown keep aside
  3. Wash and clean chicken add salt and little turmeric and keep aside
  4. In a cooker take 1-2 whistle for boiling broken wheat with little turmeric
  5. For pulses also add little turmeric and take 2 whistle
  6. Once the wheat and pulses are cool down grind into mixie to a fine paste or u can grind coarsely.
  7. Now in a big vessel heat oil add ginger garlic paste saute
  8. Add chicken and all the spices and cook for 1-2 minutes
  9. Add crushed onion,(take out little for later use)
  10. Now add well beaten curd, green chillies,lemon juice coriander and ming leaves and Cook till chicken softs.let it cool
  11. Take out chicken pieces from masala and make small pieces by removing bones.
  12. Again add into masala.
  13. Now add broken wheat and pulses mixture mix well.check seasoning
  14. On top add ghee, mint leaves, coriander leaves and brown onion.
  15. Keep it on dum mode till nice aroma start coming out.
  16. While serving add ghee,sprinkle brown onion, mint and coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges and ginger Julian.
