- Cook for two to three whistle.make sure chicken and dal is tender and all water get absorbed.
- If water remain that seprate the water from chicken.now add all to a mixer jar and grind it.
- Take it out in a bowl and add chopped onion, green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli, salt, chat masala, coriander leaves, jeera and mix them properly
- Now grease your hands and take small ball size mixture and flatten it and make a square.
- Make squares from all mixture and place them on refrigerator for 15 mins
- After that heat a pan and add butter or oil and shallow fry the squares from both sides
