- Soak fish in salty water for 15 minutes, then drain it.

- Now add chopped tomatoes, all spices and salt.
- As 1/4 cup water and cook till tomatoes soften and masala cooked.

- Add khatai and mix well.
- Add fried fish pieces and some water,cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
