  4. Tawe pe oil add kar ke us main piyaz add karen
  5. 1 min baad kuta lasan adrak, haldi, laal mirch powder, kuta daniya aur garam masala dal dein
  6. Jab piyaz brown hone lage toh kate huay tamatar aur namak dal ke mix kar ke dakan de dein aur low flame pe rakh dein
  7. Jab tamatar gal jaein toh kafger say katakat kar ke kut lein
  8. Ab daal ka mixture add kar ke mix karen
  9. Jab mix ho jaye dal toh us main thora sa pani dal ke mix kar ke dakan de ke low flame pe rakh dein 2 mins ke liye
  10. Ab koile ko jala lein
  11. Ab jale huay koile ko dal ke bech main rakh ke thora sa oil koile pe dal ke dakan de dein
  12. 3 mins baad dakan hata dein aur kata hara daniya aur hari mirch upar dal dein
