- Daal ko dho ke us main 1 cup pani haldi aur 1 pinch mitha soda dal ke chule pe rakh dein jab pani thora sa bache toh dakan de ke rakh dein low flame pe
- Ab daal ko wood spone say kut lein
- Tawe pe oil add kar ke us main piyaz add karen
- 1 min baad kuta lasan adrak, haldi, laal mirch powder, kuta daniya aur garam masala dal dein
- Jab piyaz brown hone lage toh kate huay tamatar aur namak dal ke mix kar ke dakan de dein aur low flame pe rakh dein
- Jab tamatar gal jaein toh kafger say katakat kar ke kut lein
- Ab daal ka mixture add kar ke mix karen
- Jab mix ho jaye dal toh us main thora sa pani dal ke mix kar ke dakan de ke low flame pe rakh dein 2 mins ke liye
- Ab koile ko jala lein
- Ab jale huay koile ko dal ke bech main rakh ke thora sa oil koile pe dal ke dakan de dein
- 3 mins baad dakan hata dein aur kata hara daniya aur hari mirch upar dal dein
- Tawa daal tayar hy ab Naan yan chapati ke sath serve karen
