- You need 1 cup Chana dal
- You need 1 cup Maida
- You need 1/2 cup Suji

- Mix maida, suji, salt,moyan and ajwain and make a tight dough, make thin chapati and fry it..keep it in an airtight jar
- Heat oil/ghee add Rai, jeera, green chilli paste adrak paste and add cooked chana dal. Add salt, lalmirchi powder and bring it to boil.
- Serving – Take a bowl serve add dal and top-up dal with hari chutney Red chutney fried chana dal tomato,onion barik sev and kotmir
- Serve hot with pakwan.
