  1. You need 1 cup Chana dal
  2. You need 1 cup Maida
  3. You need 1/2 cup Suji
  4. Get 1 tsp Ajwain

Instructions to make Dal pakwan:
  1. Mix maida, suji, salt,moyan and ajwain and make a tight dough, make thin chapati and fry it..keep it in an airtight jar
  2. Heat oil/ghee add Rai, jeera, green chilli paste adrak paste and add cooked chana dal. Add salt, lalmirchi powder and bring it to boil.
  3. Serving – Take a bowl serve add dal and top-up dal with hari chutney Red chutney fried chana dal tomato,onion barik sev and kotmir
  4. Serve hot with pakwan.
