The ingredients needed to make Lasaniya Bajra rotla:
  1. Prepare 250 gms Bajra Atta -
  2. Use 50 gms Gehun atta -
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp Ajwain -
  4. Use 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder -
  5. Use 1/2 tsp Jeera powder -
  6. Take 2 Green lassan finely chopped with leaves -
  7. Get 1 Green chilli chopped -
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Corriender leaves chopped -
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Prepare Oil - 4 tb spoon
Steps to make Lasaniya Bajra rotla:
  1. Mix both the atta. Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, Jeera powder and mix well.
  2. Now add the chopped garlic, green chilli, corriender leaves. Than add 1 tbsp oil. Slowly start to Knead the atta. Add water slowly and Knead.
  3. Knead into a not soft not hard dough.
  4. Cover with wet muslin cloth and rest for 15 mins.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
  6. Dust the chakla, apply some oil on the palm and roll out rotlas with a soft hand.
  7. Heat non stick tava in medium flame. Sprinkle some oil. Now put on a rotla.
  8. Cook for 2 mins and sprinkle some water on the upper side of rotla so as to keep it soft.
  9. Once done shift to the other side.
  10. Add some oil. And cook for 2 mins.
  11. Serve the rotlas with gaud, baigan bharta or palak paneer.

When it is splutter, add garlic chutney in it. Break Rotla into small pieces with hand. Heat oil in pan and add the cumin seeds. When seeds crackle add the chopped garlic saute for a few seconds. Add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger paste and onion and saute for few seconds.
