The ingredients needed to cook Kathiyawadi Lasaniya Bataka:
- Use 10-12 baby potatoes
- You need 3-4 tbsp oil
- Take 3 dry red Kashmiri chillies
- Take 8-10 cloves garlic
- Get 1/2 tsp dhania jeera powder
- Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Get 1/2 tsp chat masala
- Get to taste Salt
- Take Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Kathiyawadi Lasaniya Bataka:
- Pressure cook baby potatoes for 3 whistles. Cool & peel. Pierce with them with fork.
- Soak dry Kashmiri chillies in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Grind it with garlic cloves, to make smooth paste.
- In kadhai add heat oil, add boiled baby potatoes and stir fry on medium flame till crispy golden. Transfer/ remove them in plate.
- In same kadhai add garlic-red chillies paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add dhania jeera powder, garam masala,chat masala,salt,1/2 cup water and mix well.
- Add sauted/ stir fried baby potatoes in,mix well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve/ Relish delicious kathiyawadi Lasaniya Bataka garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
