- Prepare 1 cup Fruits chopped

Instructions to make Four flavour crepe:
- By using double boiler method melt dark and white chocolate.Add 4 tbsp hot milk to each chocolate and mix well. Also in another two bowl take mango shake And rose syrup.
- In other bowl beat the eggs with sugar till fluffy.
- Add butter to above bowl.
- Then to this add atta and mix well.Then add milk in two batches by mixing in between.
- Then split this to four parts by adding them to bowl of four essence (chocolates melted,rose syrup and mango shake).Mix them well.
- Heat a tawa, grease it then pour small amountof (1tbsp spoon full) the crepe mix from 4 bowl one above another. Spread using a ladle.
- When the sides of crepe becomes light brown take it gently from tawa then fold this to a cone shape or can use a cone mould
- Fill this with fruits chopped and whipping cream.
