The ingredients needed to make Easy Chilli:
  1. Use 1 lb ground beef
  2. Take 1/4 onion, chopped
  3. Take 1 olive oil
  4. Prepare 1 can pinto beans, with liquid
  5. Get 1 can garbanzo beans, with liquid
  6. You need 1 can black beans, with liquid
  7. Prepare 1 can red beans, with liquid
  8. You need 2 can diced tomatoes, with liquid
  9. Take 1 can Rotel (hot or mild), with liquid
  10. Get 1/2 bag of corn (optional)
  11. Get 1 packages taco seasoning
  12. Prepare 1 packages ranch seasoning
  13. Use 1 optional: shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions to make Easy Chilli:
  1. Chop onion and saute in a little bit of olive oil over medium high heat.
  2. Break up ground beef and add to pot. Use a spoon to break it up while it cooks. Cook until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes…
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, rotel, seasonings, corn and raise to high heat.
  4. Once you bring it to a boil, reduce to medium heat and cover for 50 minutes.
